NEW FORT KNOX GATE REQUIREMENTS FOR 2009

Since 2001 it has always been necessary to submit a gate roster of all shooters attending rifle and pistol matches on Ft Knox.  The information required on the gate roster has changed over the years and has changed again for this year.

The new requirements for the gate roster and entering Ft Knox for 2009 are:

·         All shooters must still use Brandenburg Gate to enter Ft Knox on match days.

·         All shooters attending a match on Ft Knox must be on the gate roster that will only be used at Brandenburg Gate.

·         All shooters must supply the following information to the Match Director at least 10 days before the match you are attending.

Name, Address, Date of Birth, Type of firearm, NRA number, and Phone Number.

Once your information is on the gate roster for the first match you shoot at Ft Knox, it will be on each gate roster for the remainder of the season.  A new gate roster will be started from scratch next year.

·         If any of your information on the gate roster changes, you must get it to the Match Director at least 10 days before the next match you shoot on Ft Knox.

·         The gate roster for Brandenburg Gate must be submitted to Ft Knox Security at least 10 days before each match.

·         If you have any questions about the gate roster contact the Match Director.

·         The 2009 Match Director is Bill Balda at 1-800-852-0942 ext. 4536.
